Orfordville Orioles Baseball Club
The Orfordville Orioles Baseball Club is currently a franchised member of the Home Talent Baseball League said to be Wisconsin's largest adult amateur baseball league and one of the oldest in the United States. The league started in 1929, and is comprised of 44 teams from south-western through south-central Wisconsin. www.hometalent.org
Community Benefits
Our baseball team provides collegiate-level amateur baseball excitement for the Orfordville and Greater Beloit-Stateline Area community on Sunday afternoons and Thursday nights during the summer.
We play with wood bats - the way baseball was meant to be played. There is no charge for admission except for post-season playoff or tournament games, and normally, we just "pass the hat" for donations during the regular season.
Financial Support & Sponsorship/Marketing Opportunities
We are seeking financial support to pay for our yearly league fees, umpires, league baseballs and other operating expenses. Players purchase their own wood bats, caps, and jackets. Advertising will be available annually until about May 1st on our booster schedule poster. All sponsors will be recognized on this website with a link to their own website. Please click on "LINKS" over on the left.
THANKS FOR WATCHING YOUR ORIOLES PLAY THIS YEAR IN ORFORDVILLE'S PURDY PARK!
